Our Journey
The Rohit Memorial Trust is a registered trust established to keep alive the memory of a strapping young lad, Rohit Anant Ganapati who succumbed to bladder cancer in the prime of his youth, in March, 2007. The Trust’s main aim is to reach out to help children of the world to get better lives…..better education……better health! Rohit strongly believed in the freedom of the human spirit and protected free enterprise in the youth around him. A staunch lover of mathematics and physics, he also loved music and dance, and…..his memory lives on in every tune….in every childish dream…..in every innocent smile!
Objectives
- Provide moral support to persons afflicted with terminal diseases including cancer.
- Provide counselling to the families of such persons suffering with terminal diseases.
- Conduct counselling camps in villages, schools and colleges on the importance of hygiene in individual health.
- Conduct fund raising events to support the activities of the Trust.
Our Mission
Promote areas in which Rohit had a passion in a manner which will:

- Children and youth in the age group of 10-25
- Cancer afflicted persons and their families
